How long does it take?
It will take two business days for digital programs to be completed. For orders completed after work hours on Friday the orders will be processed the following week on Monday. So your order will be completed on that Tuesday. For print orders expect 3-7 for final deliverables.

How will I get my program?
For digital programs, we will send your program via email. For printed programs it will be shipped to the shipping address.

What if I spell something wrong or we need changes?
We encourage all customers to spell check their programs before sending. We will do our best to correct any errors that we notice but In Loving Memory is not responsible for spelling errors. After files are sent, we do not accept revisions all files are final files.

What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Any order submitted after working hours will be processed the next following business day.
